Our Story
One Look Realty, LLC is located in the Historic Parkridge neighborhood outside of downtown Knoxville and is owned and operated by licensed Real Estate Broker Christopher Casteel.
Christopher and his wife Heather have lived in Knoxville since 1996 when they came to school at the University of Tennessee. Christopher majored in business and has an MBA from the University of Tennessee. They founded One Look Properties in 2005 when they bought and renovated their first house in the historic 4th & Gill neighborhood. They now own 5 single family properties, 2 duplexes, and 1 triplex and manage all of their 11 rentals. All of their properties are in historic in-town neighborhoods of Knoxville. Heather and Christopher were awarded the "Preservation Award" in 2019 by Knox Heritage in honor and recognition of the renovation of 723 East Scott Ave.
In 2025, Christopher received his real estate brokers licensed and opened his own firm, One Look Realty. He now enjoys using his passion for historic homes to help others buy, sell, and rent their own properties in Knoxville's historic neighborhoods.
